Jaclyn is a Registered Psychotherapist in the province of Ontario. She graduated from Western University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Therapeutic Approach
Jaclyn uses an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, drawing from various evidence-based modalities including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and parts-based approaches.
At the heart of Jaclyn’s work is a curiosity about the beliefs, stories, and past experiences that shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand these patterns, develop practical tools for managing difficult thoughts and emotions, and create new ways of responding that align with the person they want to become and the life they want to build.
